Menus are based on the Canada Food Guide and approved by the Provincial Dietician. The Director of Dietary uses the foods of the season when he designs the menus. The Dietary Team works closely with the Activity Team to create memorable events.
To supplement the dining experience, we encourage our residents to eat in the dining room. Social interaction during meal time increases consumption and digestion.
For family and friends events, the private dining room is available for special functions. See the Dining Room staff to make arrangements.
Tray service is offered for those residents who aren’t well, couples who like to dine in their suite together, or residents who wish to eat alone.
